In December 2012, Nitro Circus Live came to Holland as part of their first ever tour of Europe, after bringing crowds to their feet across The United States, Australia, & New Zealand.
The response from the Dutch public was remarkable, with the event at the Gelredome, Arnhem so popular that it became the highest selling Nitro Circus Live event of all time, smashing Dutch box office records by stunning almost 30,000 Dutch fans.
In extremely exciting news for all action sports fans in the Netherlands, Nitro Circus Live will be returning to the Gelredome in December, 2013, with a brand new show, developed across sell out tours of New Zealand, Australia & Asia.
The greatly expanded, 20-stop 2013 tour will encompass shows in Sweden, Norway, Germany, Russia, UK, France, Belgium and The Netherlands.
Fans will once again witness 17-times X Games medallist and Nitro Circus creator, Travis Pastrana, lead his massive crew of forty of the world’s greatest action sports athletes in freestyle motocross, BMX and skate, as they perform all of their biggest tricks, as well as crazy Nitro contraptions off the world famous 50-foot high Nitro Gigant-A-Ramp.
After taking feedback from attendees of the 2012 event, the Gelredome will be laid out in an all-new configuration of 16,000 seats, meaning every single ticket holder will have a fantastic vantage point. When you consider the unbelievable rate at which 2012’s 30,000 tickets were sold out, Nitro Circus Live fans will need to act quickly to secure tickets for this year’s event.
Managing Director of Nitro Circus Live, Michael Porra added: “We are absolutely delighted to be returning to the Netherlands with a brand new show in 2013. The Dutch fans gave us one of the best nights in Nitro Circus history when they packed the Gelredome to the rafters last year, and we are so looking forward to coming back.”
“We have been developing this show for the past year in tours across Australasia, and Dutch fans can expect a whole host of brand new stunts that will absolutely blow their minds.”
